How to get pngs from icosFirst, you will want to download @icon sushi. This is the program that I use to convert pngs into icons, and you can use it for the opposite task.
Just open up any icon file (.ico, .dll, .icl) and you will see each of the icons in that file. Just save the 256x256 icon size as a png, and you can use it in most dock programs fairly easily.
